Fast and Reproducible peptide mapping of an Fusion Protein (Aflibercept) by using a SMART digest Kit and solid core C18 column.

Instrument Type: HPLC (Biocompatible)

The Thermo Scientific Dionex Ultimate 3000 system is applied for the peptide mapping analysis of an Fusion Protein (Aflibercept). The separation was performed on a Thermo Scientific Accucore vanquish C18+ column by using a Thermo Scientific SMART digest kit at UV detection of 210 nm. The SMART Digest kit provides significant improvements in reproducibility, which results in fewer sample failures, higher throughput and the ability to more easily interrogate data.

Fast and Reproducible peptide mapping of an Antibody Drug Conjugate (Kadcyla) by using a SMART digest Kit

Instrument Type: HPLC (Biocompatible)

The Thermo Scientific Dionex Ultimate 3000 Bio-LC system is applied for the peptide mapping analysis of an Antibody Drug Conjugate (Kadcyla). The separation was performed on a Thermo Scientific Acclaim RSLC 120-C18 column by using a Thermo Scientific SMART digest kit at UV detection of 214 nm. With a run time of 55 minutes the method allows separation of all peptides of Kadcyla (Antibody Drug Conjugate). The SMART Digest kit provides significant improvements in reproducibility, which results in fewer sample failures, higher throughput and the ability to more easily interrogate data.

High Resolution Peptide Mapping for Biopharmaceutical Analysis

Instrument Type: HPLC (Biocompatible)

A sample of a monoclonal antibody, was separated by a Thermo Scientific UltiMate 3000 BioRS Dual System. The Thermo Scientific Acclaim RSLC 120 C18, 2.2 µm, 2.1x250 mm column was operated at 80 °C, to obtain high resolution separation of the complex mixture. Due to the high temperature in the column, the pre-heating of the mobile phase was essential to avoid thermal mismatch between the mobile and the column. A pre-column heater 2 µL biocompatiblewas used to achieve thermal equilibration between column and mobile phase.

Improved analysis of four peptide maps on a Thermo Scientific Acclaim 120 C18 HPLC column

Instrument Type: HPLC

The Thermo Scientific Dionex UltiMate 3000 RSLC system is applied for the analysis of peptide mapping. The separation of four peptide maps was achieved on a Thermo Scientific Acclaim 120 C18 column in 50 minutes with UV detection.

Improved peptide mapping of ovalbumin using a Thermo Scientific Acclaim 300 C18 HPLC column

Instrument Type: HPLC

The Thermo Scientific UltiMate 3000 HPLC system is applied for the peptide mapping of ovalbumin. The separation is performed on a Thermo Scientific Acclaim 300 C18 HPLC column, with UV detection at 214 nm.

High resolution separation of lysozyme protein digest using a Thermo Scientific Acclaim 120 C18 HPLC column

Instrument Type: HPLC

Mapping tryptic protein digests can produce highly complex chromatograms where every peak counts. The Thermo Scientific Acclaim 3 μm 2.1 x 100 mm columns yield superior peak capacity and resolution. The 120 C18 chemistry has low silanol activity and high bonding density that produce sharp peaks for small, basic peptides.

Four high resolution peptide maps using a Thermo Scientific Acclaim PolarAdvantage II HPLC column

Instrument Type: HPLC

The Thermo Scientific UltiMate 3000 RSLC system is applied for the analysis of ovalbumin, fetuin, β-casein and bovine serum albumin. The separation is performed on a Thermo Scientific Acclaim PolarAdvantage II HPLC column, with UV detection at 210 nm.
